Some of you may think Valentine's Day is commercial and cheesy but you have to admit, it does brighten up things at a time of year when it's all a bit grey and spring still seems ages away. I am always happy just to receive a nice box of chocolates (preferably from Artisan du Chocolat - hint) but if you need to get something a bit more exciting to impress your Valentine, here are some suggestions:

New CC Skye jewellery in stock now

January is always a busy time - after the craziness of Christmas and the sales, you'd think it would be all lovely and restful... but no, January is the time of re-stocking/stocktaking/paperwork. No rest for the wicked!


Our latest CC Skye delivery brought us a combination of old favourites like the double wrap bracelet and my favourite piece of all time, Rihanna's Swarovski-encrusted assymetric angel wings
necklace.


We also have some new pieces including the silver version of the angel wing necklace loved by Nicole Richie, the spikey suede wrap bracelet and the popular screw bracelets in a variety of colours, including a retro-fabulous neon pink.

Coming soon - Dogeared Jewels' Sex and the City Collection

Regular readers of the blog will know that I am a huge fan of the Sex and the City series. Just as 2010 couldn't get more exciting with the release of the sequel, to the movie, Californian jewellery brand Dogeared have announced that they have officially licensed the SATC brand from HBO and will create a stunning collection of Sex and the City inspired pie ces.

The range will feature charms on necklaces to represent iconic themes from the award-winning series including a stilleto shoe, a diamond and the Eiffel Tower. These will be presented on specially designed cards, printed with New York's famous skyline and a memorable line from Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha including "Single & Fabulous" and "Hopeless Romantic"

As an approved UK stockist of the Dogeared Sex and the City collection, Zentosa will have the pieces available to buy from mid-April. The designs are currently top secret - it's all terribly hush hush and exciting - but we will show the designs as soon as we are allowed to. I can assure you, they're really fabulous!
